Lady Gaga has proved her critics and haters wrong,landing in the top spot with album sales exceeding a million. The Born This Way singer easily sold 1,110,420 copies of her new album,making it the top selling first week album since rapper 50 Cent's 2005 epic album,Massacre,which sold 1.14 million.Gaga also cost Amazon $3.2 million by selling for 99 cents.This is also the her first #1 album.Congrats to her on that huge accomplishment.
