Lindsay Lohan Headed Back To Betty Ford

Blow faced Lindsay Lohan headed back to court this morning but the judge ordered the troubled star back to rehab until January 3rd,and her next hearing February 25th.Lohan started crying and told Judge Elden Fox "Thank You" after knowing her fate.It's a good thing the judge sent her  back to Betty Ford Clinic throughout the Holidays because this crazy biotch would probably OD on some lines of blow!
