Lindsay Lohan left the Airport Courthouse after failing a alcohol test while under house arrest. Lohan will not be going to jail as Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the previous judge only required that Lindsay only have controlled substances testing from January 3rd thru February 25th.That's what wrong with her now,she needs to go to jail or she will never learn.More after the jump..

After five hours of trial,actress Lindsay Lohan is sentenced to 120 days in the pokey,along with 480 hours of community service. Lohan was booked and released on $75,000 bond from the Century Regional Detention facility in Lynwood,CA,where she hopped in a black SUV.Lindsay is due back in court for a pre trial hearing in May.Will they ever send this cunt to jail! Troubled star Lindsay Lohan arrives at the Airport Courthouse in LA to enter a Plea of "not guilty" to a felony grand-theft charge for allegedly stealing a necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, CA. She was warned by Judge Schwartz that she's in a different situation now," and that if she violates the law,her ass is grass!Her bail is set at $20,000 and she must post another $20,000 for her probation violation. Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Felony Grand Theft

Update:The Lindsay Lohan Stolen Necklace Turned In

Above is a picture of the necklace that Lindsay Lohan reportedly stole and now someone has turned it in.According to TMZ,somebody tipped Lindsay off about the search warrant being signed by the judge,and the cops were on their way to search her Venice Beach home for the necklace.Once Lindsay learned of the search warrant,she had her stylist return the necklace. 

We’ve learned the warrant was signed by Judge Katherine Mader at 3:45 PM Tuesday.  The LAPD was making plans to execute the warrant — which authorized cops to search for the necklace at Lindsay’s home in Venice, CA.

    But somehow — before the search was conducted — Lindsay’s stylist showed up at an LAPD substation and returned the $2,500 necklace.

    Sources connected with the case tell us … they believe someone told Lindsay the warrant was in play.  Otherwise, they say, why would she have her stylist go to the LAPD to return the jewelry rather than the jewelry store?

    Our sources believe Lindsay tried making a preemptive move, but we’re told ultimately returning the jewelry won’t be a factor in deciding whether to prosecute her. 

Why would Lindsay steal in the first place,and if that's what happened,why where it out in public?Someone should teach her how to steal,because that ain't it,lol.Why risk going back to jail for a damn necklace.

When are they gonna lock this heffah up for violating her probation? She is and will always be a damn addict!Lindsay Blohan Lohan showed up to the Betty Ford rehab facility 10 minutes after the curfew, and was accused of smelling like alcohol, but Lindsay claimed she had only Shirley Temples to drink on the night in question.Sources close to the the troubled actress claim that on December 11th, Lindsay met up with a friend at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs, CA to get her hair done.
While at the salon, Lindsay dranked a  sh*tload  couple of mixed, non-alcoholic, drinks, but when she showed up to her sober house around 1 am, an employee, Dawn Holland accused her of drinking some alcohol. Holland claimed that she smelled alcohol on Lindsay's breath, but Lohan refused to take a breathalyzer test.
