Are Chelsea Handler and Rapper 50 Cent an item? Well,according to TMZ,the two were seen out together in New Orleans over the weekend @ the Blue Nile jazz club getting hot & heavy. Whoa! I know she likes  the rappers coming on her show and all(especially T.I) but I never took her serious when she mentioned it on her show in the past.
