Reality star Amber Portwood has been charged for abusing her baby's father Gary Shirley on MTV's show Teen Mom,while daughter Leah was present. Madison County Prosecutor’s office has charged amber with three Class D felonies– 2 counts of domestic battery and one count of Neglect of a Dependent – as well as one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
