Keyshia Cole:'Calling All Hearts' Review

With two platinum albums under her belt, and the last one only going gold,Keyshia has yet to find her niche, and that is bringing real love into your music, which she so attempts to do in this album, but fails miserably.I am a person who believes if you are in love like you say you are, then I should feel it in your music, and I'm not getting that from Keyshia in this 'Calling All Hearts' piece.Maybe she thinks she's in love, but has only skimmed the surface of true love. The 'I Ain't Thru' track charted at #57,and didn't showcase Keyshia Cole's range at all,but however,it showcased Nicki Minaj and her attempt to save the track, but didn't deliver as she usually does on hooks.Moving on to the 'Tired Of Doing Me' track with Tank, not feeling either one of them on this song, whereas it called for a stronger collab other than Tank. Other tracks which include 'Take Me Away' and 'So Impossible',not feeling the lyrics and that is the overall problem with this album. The writers suck and she needs to get back in the studio with some new ones if she wants to save her career. I would give this album a 2.5 outta 5. Calling All Hearts is in stores now.
