Rihanna Goes Casual On BillBoards Awards Carpet

Rihanna hit the red carpet in a white pantsuit  and a new red short style. I think she opted for a little too much makeup with this outfit,but other than that,it's cute and so is the haircut! I am getting a Marilyn Monroe feel from this whole look.More after the jump..
