Nicki Minaj Tries To One Up GaGa At VMA's

Looking like one of the characters from Fraggle Rock,rapper Nicki Minaj took her VMA outfit to another level.I have been trying for hours to figure out what the hell she has on,but its difficult! She looks ridiculous and this is a EPIC FAIL.COM moment for her.She totally got dressed in the dark,with her eyes closed!I'm so  done.More after the jump..
